Hello! What a crazy month here! We have a ton of birthdays this month in our family. My husband, daughter, brother-in-law, father-in-law and then my other daughter May 1st. CRAZY!!!!

Today I want to share a card for Whimsy Stamps. This is a new one from the April release from Art by Mi Ran 'Oceanna' 

I colored this with my Distress Markers on watercolor paper. 

The sentiment is from Clearly Whimsy 'Everyday Mini Sentiments'

I colored some mulberry flowers with the Distress Inks, added some Stickles for some sparkle and Glossy Accents to the fish and mermaid tail.

'Special Day'.....Whimesy Stamps Lee Holland

Hello!! Hope you had a great weekend!! Ours was busy with all the Easter festivities! So busy I forgot to post my card for the week....oops...:)!! 

So today I am going to share a card I made using the new Whimsy Stamps image from Lee Holland 'Flower Bouquet Bunny'. 

Isn't he just the cutest!! I colored him with my Distress Markers on watercolor paper. The sentiment is from 'Everyday Mini Sentiments'.

I added some Stickles to the flower centers which you can't see and of course some 'Wink of Stella' to the flower wrap. I also added Stickles to the bunch of flowers, it is so sparkly in person!!!

This card is a smaller card 4.25X4.25.

'Spring is coming.....'

Hello!! Thank you for stopping by today.  Spring is right around the corner which is my favorite time of year!! I love seeing all the trees in bloom and then the green filling in. I tell my young kids in the fall the trees loose their clothes and in the spring they get them back....lol! They love the story....:)

Anyway today I want to share a card I made for my Whimsy Stamps DT project. It is a new image from Wee Stamps by Sylvia Zet 'Jenny'.  

I colored her with my Distress Markers on watercolor paper. The paper is by Prima 'Fairy Rhymes'.

Whimsy Stamps February release Day 3

Hello! It is day 3 of the Whimsy Stamps February release.  So many cute images in this release and so much fun to color.

Today I used the new image from Lee Holland 'Baby Giraffe'. 

Isn't he soooo darn cute....oh my!! My 3 yr old daughters teacher is having her first baby and it's a boy so this is going to her.  I colored it with Distress Markers.  I also used a Clearly Whimsy stamp called 'Painted Saying' 

I did some generation stamping for the background with the 'hello' stamp.

Whimsy New Release Final day

Hello everyone! Hope you are as excited as I am about all the new goodies from Whimsy Stamps.  Today is the last day. I used the new one from Krista Heij-Barber 'Snail and Butterfly Toadstool'.

It was fun to do something other than a Christmas card. I colored this on watercolor paper with my Distress Markers.  The sentiment is from 'Everyday Moments'.

Tiddly Inks "Willow the Christmas Fairy"

Hello!! Well I am back to painting again.....:( but it has to get done!! I am painting all of the wood in our house (kitchen cabinets, crown molding, built-ins, baseboards....etc) I have finished my kitchen cabinets and have moved on to the butlers pantry and then my laundry room. BUT.....my mom is coming to visit in December and she has expressed she wants to help.....HOORAY!! I learned how to do this from her so I trust her!!

Ok, enough jibber-jabber. Today I am sharing a card I made for Quick Creations online store. There is a sale going right now so run on over and check it out....but first check out my card....:)

I used a Tiddly Inks stamp set called "Willow the Christmas Fairy".

I stamped her on some watercolor paper and used my Distress Markers to color her. The paper is Doodlebug Design "Sugarplums". The sentiment is from the stamp set.  I also used the embossing folder from Quickutz "Jubilant".  CC Designs "Make a card #2" was also used.

Nurse Nancy....Just a note!!

Hello everyone!! Hope you had a wonderful weekend! Ours was quite eventful on Saturday another day of severe weather. It is May in Oklahoma so it is to be expected.

Today I want to share a card I made using a CC Designs stamp called "Nurse Nancy" she is from the Roberto Rascals line and super cute.  

I used Distress Markers to color her on watercolor paper. The sentiment is from "Everyday Moments" by Whimsy Stamps.  The paper is from Prima "Butterfly" 6x6 pad.

Whimsy Stamps February release day 2....fun!!!!!

Hello everyone!! It's Release Day 2 for Whimsy Stamps.

We will have 3 days of inspiration for you to look at and 3 days for a chance to win. There will be 19 new stamps and 4 new dies. Today we are showcasing stamps from Mi Ran, Krista Heij-Barber and Wee stamps. For my card today I used the new one from Krista Heij-Barber called "Swimmer Girl".

I used my Distress inks to color her, put some glossy accents on the water which you can't see and a little spray of vellum for a water spout.  I also used some homemade "enamel dots".

I also used the new sentiment from Denise Lynn "Elegant Labels"
