June 2016 Rubber Release News and Inspiration - Day 2

Today is the second day of the June Rubber Release for Whimsy Stamps. 

Today I want to share the card I made using the new image from Art by Mi Ran 'Mermaid Meredith'.

I colored her with my Copic markers. The paper is something new from Whimsy along with the new Enamel Dots. The paper is 'It's a Party' super cute.  The sentiment is from Clearly Whimsy 'Everyday Mini Sentiments'

I really enjoyed coloring this.

May 2016 Rubber Release News and Inspiration - Day 2

Hello! It's day two for the Whimsy Stamps May release. So many great new images!!

Today I want to share a card I made using the new one from Art by Mi Ran 'Bella the Bride'.

I kept it simple with this card, I wanted the image to really stand out.  I colored her with my Copics. I used one of my rectangular metal dies to trace a line around the card. The sentiment is something from my stash. I realized I don't have that many wedding sentiments....lol. Most of my friends and family are already married and my children are to young.  

I added some Wink of Stella to the veil and Stickles to the crown.

Hello! What a crazy month here! We have a ton of birthdays this month in our family. My husband, daughter, brother-in-law, father-in-law and then my other daughter May 1st. CRAZY!!!!

Today I want to share a card for Whimsy Stamps. This is a new one from the April release from Art by Mi Ran 'Oceanna' 

I colored this with my Distress Markers on watercolor paper. 

The sentiment is from Clearly Whimsy 'Everyday Mini Sentiments'

I colored some mulberry flowers with the Distress Inks, added some Stickles for some sparkle and Glossy Accents to the fish and mermaid tail.

Whimsy Stamps February Release Day 1

Isn't she so pretty! She is colored with Copic markers. I added some Stickles to her wings and Wink of Stella to the flowers on the design paper which you can't see. It is so sparkly in person.

Whimsy Stamps January 2016 New Release and Inspiratin Day 1!!!

Hello everyone!! It's here finally!! January release for Whimsy Stamps. There are so many cute new images and a new artist, Lee Holland. Today I used a super cute image from Art by Mi Ran 'Coralia'. When I saw this image I couldn't wait to make something with her. 

I colored her with my Copic Markers.  I had so much fun making this card. I love the paper and the seashells and sand.....fun!!!  The sentiment is my favorite 'Everyday Moments'

Hello everyone!! Hope your week has gone well! I have been busy making Christmas cookies and all the kids activities. Today I want to share a card I made for Whimsy Stamps. It is from the new release in November by Art by Mi Ran called 'Lovely Tracy'. When I saw this I knew I had to do a Valentine's Day card. I know, I know it is 3 months away but that is just what I had in my head...lol!! 

I colored her with my Copics. I wanted to do a shape card so I used the heart die from Whimsy and I also wanted to do a shaker card.

Christmas in July #5......Art by Mi Ran

Hello everyone!! Today I want to share my last "Christmas in July" card with you.  I have to say this was a lot of fun. I haven't done Christmas cards this early. 

For this card I used an image from Art by Mi Ran called "Letter to Santa" You can find it at Whimsy Stamps.

I colored her with my Copics, added some snow with glitter....you can't see it in the picture but it is very sparkly.  I did a watercolor background again it is hard to see in the picture.....sorry.

Treasure the moments

Hello everyone!! Today I want to share a card I made using one of the new ones from Art by Mi Ran at Whimsy Stamps. This one is called "Ceclilia".

 

 

I colored her with my Copics. Used some Perfect Pearls on the jewelry and some glitter on the sentiment.

Hellooooo everyone!! I am feeling gloomy with this weather!!! Where is spring? I have no room to complain compared to a lot of other people!!

 

Ok, here is my card for Whimsy this week. I used "Shh" by Art by Mi Ran

She is from the new release this month. I wanted to make a pocket card, I used my copic to color her.

 

 

 

 

I also used the new sentiment set by Denise Lynn "Elegant Label" along with the die.

 

I will be entering this card in the Scrappin Stampers FB challenge.
