Today is the last day of the June Rubber Release for Whimsy Stamps. 

Today I want to share the card I made using the new image from Lee Holland 'Beary Fun'. 

I colored this cutie with Copic markers. The paper is from the new paper and enamel dots 'It's a Party'.

This is only one of the three images that comes with the stamp set along with some sentiments. 

These are great images for some boy cards.

June 2016 Rubber Release News and Inspiration - Day 2

Today I want to share the card I made using the new image from Art by Mi Ran 'Mermaid Meredith'.

I colored her with my Copic markers. The paper is something new from Whimsy along with the new Enamel Dots. The paper is 'It's a Party' super cute.  The sentiment is from Clearly Whimsy 'Everyday Mini Sentiments'

'Kitten Kindness'....Lee Holland tag

Hello! Hope you are enjoying your weekend so far. The sun is shining here today.....:)

Today I want to share my weekly inspiration with you from Whimsy Stamps.  This week I used an image from 'Kitten Kindness' by Lee Holland. This is just one of 3 images that comes with the set.

I colored this with my Inktense colored pencils. The sentiment is from my stash. I used the 'Stitched Tag dies' from Whimsy and some old paper from my stash.

I stamped the butterflies again and fussy cut them out then glued them on top of the other ones. Added some Stickles to the collar and butterflies.

Wee "Mariposa" tag from Whimsy Stamps

Hello! Well it's here!! I don't know how excited I am but it happens every year....summer break.  LOL!!

Today I want to share a tag I made for Whimsy Stamps. The image is from Sylvia Zet Wee 'Mariposa'. This little guy is so adorable!!

I colored this with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers. I have had these for sometime now and sadly this is the first I have used them. I really enjoyed using them. I used watercolor paper with Versafine ink.  The sentiment is Clearly Whimsy 'Everyday Mini Sentiments'

Added some Stickles to finish it off.

May 2016 Rubber Release News and Inspiration - Day 2

Hello! It's day two for the Whimsy Stamps May release. So many great new images!!

Today I want to share a card I made using the new one from Art by Mi Ran 'Bella the Bride'.

I kept it simple with this card, I wanted the image to really stand out.  I colored her with my Copics. I used one of my rectangular metal dies to trace a line around the card. The sentiment is something from my stash. I realized I don't have that many wedding sentiments....lol. Most of my friends and family are already married and my children are to young.  

I added some Wink of Stella to the veil and Stickles to the crown.

May 2016 Whimsy Stamps News and Inspiration Day 1

Hello! It's that time again....hooray!! Time for the new release at Whimsy Stamps, make sure to go to the Whimsy Blog and learn how to win. 

Today I want to share a card I made using the new stamp set from Krista Heij-Barber 'Ice Cream Truck'. OMGoodness this set is sooo darn adorable.

I made a shaker card cutting a heart window with the 'Stitched Heart' dies.  Colored it with my Copics.  I stamped and fussy cut the sentiment that comes with the set so it is dimensional. I stamped the music notes on the inside of the card. 

This card was so much fun to make!!!

Mason jar gift tags.... Baked with Love!!

Hello. Happy Mother's Day!! Hope you are enjoying your day!

Today I want to share some tags I made with the Whimsy Stamps set by Krista Heij-Barber 'Baked with Love'.  I love this set it is so versatile. 

I wanted to make some tags to put on a mason jar for some gifts.  

I colored them with Copic Markers. I used the Clearly Whimsy 'Everyday Mini Sentiments'

This would be great to put the dry ingredients for a chocolate chip recipe. 

This would be great for some dry ingredients for a soup recipe or granola. 

I used a mason jar stamp from my stash and fussy cut it out.

Hello! What a crazy month here! We have a ton of birthdays this month in our family. My husband, daughter, brother-in-law, father-in-law and then my other daughter May 1st. CRAZY!!!!

Today I want to share a card for Whimsy Stamps. This is a new one from the April release from Art by Mi Ran 'Oceanna' 

I colored this with my Distress Markers on watercolor paper. 

The sentiment is from Clearly Whimsy 'Everyday Mini Sentiments'

I colored some mulberry flowers with the Distress Inks, added some Stickles for some sparkle and Glossy Accents to the fish and mermaid tail.

Notebook-Journal....Keep your eyes on the Stars!!!

Hello! Hope your weekend is going well! Today I want to share a mini notebook I altered. It is one of the mini 'composition' notebooks. 

I used the new image from Lee Holland 'Springtime Elephant' you can find at Whimsy Stamps.  

I colored the image with my Copics. The sentiment is an old one from Whimsy that isn't available anymore but it went so good with this so I had to use it.

Today I want to share a treat box I made using the new set from Krista Heij-Barber 'Baked with Love'

I made the box using the 'Envelope punch board', before I put it together I stamped some of the images on it and colored them. I also used the Clearly Whimsy 'Distressed Background and Ink Splats' to put some splats on it. They are hard to see. 

You can see some in this picture. This is the back of the box. 

I colored her with my Copics. The sentiment comes with the set, I just colored it and added some Stickles.

April 2016 Clearly Whimsy Stamps Release News and Inspiration

Hello! So excited to share with you the Clearly Whimsy New Release for April.  

I used the new set from Nina-Marie Trapani 'Baby Animals'

I made a super cute notecard set. 

These are little 3x3 cards that fit into and envelope I made using the envelope punch board. It would be a great gift for a new mom to give as thank yous. 

Colored with my Copic Markers

The paper and stamp come in the April Kit from Whimsy. You can also purchase the stamp separate. 

All the cards and envelopes fit inside this adorable envelope box.
